The Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation is a non-profit organization established to provide assistance to individuals who are challenged by end of life issues.

The Foundation's mission has two main objectives:
  
1) To provide financial assistance to those who are unable to pay for necessary and needed medications, and other critical expenses due to a life ending illness.

2) To actively provide educational opportunities to the public about end of life care and to provide support and assistance to bereaved and grieving family members through support groups, educational materials and other means.
